Rules of the Draw

3 KITS CONTAIN GOLD (Total value: €1170)

Article 1 - Organizing Company

Emergency Now, a brand of Barracud'Apps, a Belgian company with its registered office located at Rue de la Station 290, 5621 Morialmé, Belgium, registered in the register of natural and legal persons under number BE 0786.897.157, organizes a draw with a purchase obligation.

Article 2 - Duration and Period of the Operation

The operation runs fromWednesday, May 27, 2026 to Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Brussels time), the closing date of the pre-order period.

The draw will be conducted within 7 working days following the closure of the pre-order period.

Article 3 - Conditions of Participation

3.1 Eligibility

The operation is open to any adult individual (18 years and older) residing in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, or Portugal.

Providers directly involved in organizing this operation are excluded from participation.

3.2 Participation Methods

To participate in the draw, simply:

1. Order one or more Emergency Now Kit(s) on the site emergency-now.shop
2. Complete the purchase by making full payment
3. Receive a confirmation email for the order

Each kit purchased constitutes an entry into the draw. For example, purchasing 3 kits entitles you to 3 entries.

Article 4 - Description of Prizes

Among all the Emergency Now Kits sold during the operation period, 3 kits will contain gold according to the following distribution:

• 1st prize:1 Napoleon gold coin (total: approximately €750)
• 2nd prize:2 grams of gold in a bar (value: approximately €280)
• 3rd prize:1 gram of gold in a bar (value: approximately €140)

Total value of prizes: €1170 (based on the gold price at the time of the operation)

Important: The gold will be discreetly and securely integrated into the kit. Winners will receive specific instructions in their package to identify and safely retrieve the gold.

Article 5 - Terms of the Draw

5.1 Designation of Winners

The draw will be conducted randomly and automatically by a certified computer system ensuring the fairness of the draw.

Date of the draw: within 7 working days following the closure of the pre-order period.

Location of the draw: Barracud'Apps headquarters, Rue de la Station 290, 5621 Morialmé.

5.2 Designation of Replacement Winners

3 replacement winners will also be drawn for each prize, in order. They will be contacted in the order of the draw if a main winner cannot be reached or declines their prize.

Article 6 - Notification and Delivery of Prizes

6.1 Notification

Winners will be notified by email at the address provided during the order within 48 hours following the draw.

A personalized notification email will be sent with specific instructions.

6.2 Delivery of the prize

The gold will be included in the winner's kit before shipping. The kit will then be sealed with a reinforced security system.

Detailed instructions will be provided to the winner to identify and securely retrieve the gold.

The winner must confirm receipt of their prize by email within 48 hours of receiving the package.

6.3 Winner's failure

If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days from the sending of the notification email, or if they refuse their prize, an alternate winner will be solicited.

Article 7 - Conditions related to Prizes

7.1 Non-substitution

Prizes cannot be exchanged for another prize, nor for their cash value.

7.2 Non-transferability

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to a third party.

7.3 Return and right of withdrawal

The legal right of withdrawal of 14 days applies only if the kit has not been designated as a winner.

Important:If your kit contains gold, you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal once the security seals are broken. You will be informed by email before shipping if your kit is a winner.

If you wish to return a winning kit, you must contact us BEFORE opening the security seals. In this case, you will have to forfeit the gold prize and the kit must be returned in its entirety, sealed and intact.

Article 8 - Warranties and Liability

8.1 Authenticity of Gold

Emergency Now guarantees the authenticity of the gold included in the kits. Each batch of gold is certified and comes from Gold & Forex International.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Emergency Now cannot be held responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or deterioration of the prize after it has been handed over to the winner
• Technical issues, server outages, or bugs preventing participation
• Errors in the information provided by the participant
• Fluctuations in the price of gold between the time of the transaction and the delivery of the prize

8.3 Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, Emergency Now reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or postpone the operation. Participants will be informed by any appropriate means.

Article 9 - Personal Data

The personal data collected as part of this operation is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Participant data is used solely for:

• Managing the lottery
• Notifying and delivering prizes
• Managing orders and deliveries

Article 10 - Publication of Results

The list of winners (initials and city only) will be published on the site emergency-now.shop within 14 days following the draw.

Winners agree that their initials and city of residence may be published. No other personal information will be disclosed.

Article 11 - Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in this operation implies full acceptance of these rules.

Article 12 - Modifications to the Rules

Emergency Now reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, provided that the rights of participants who have already made their purchase are not affected.

Any modification will be communicated on the site and by email to the participants.

Article 13 - Fraud

Emergency Now reserves the right to exclude from participation anyone who attempts to defraud or distort the draw mechanism, or who does not comply with these rules.

Any proven fraud will result in the outright cancellation of participation and, if applicable, the return of the prize.

Article 14 - Disputes and Applicable Law

These rules are subject to Belgian law.

Any dispute relating to the organization, conduct, or interpretation of this operation will be submitted to the competent Belgian courts.

Participants are informed of the existence of conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method in case of a dispute.
