FRACTURE:
- DO NOT move victim
- Immobilize limb
- Cover to prevent shock

BURN:
- Cool with cold water (15 min)
- DO NOT pop blisters
- Cover with clean dressing

🔥 FIRE & EMERGENCY SHELTER
MAKE A FIRE:
- Gather: tinder, kindling, medium wood
- Protect from wind
- Use pyramid or teepee technique
- Start small, expand gradually
EMERGENCY SHELTER:
- Choose dry, elevated terrain
- Back to wind
- Insulate from ground (branches, leaves)
- Waterproof roof (tarp, dense foliage)
- Entrance opposite wind direction
💧 DRINKING WATER
PURIFICATION METHODS:
- Boiling (BEST): 1 min rolling boil, 3 min at altitude
- Purification tablets: Follow instructions (30-120 min)
- Portable filter: Use kit filter
- Bleach: 2 drops/liter, wait 30 min
FIND WATER:
- Follow animal tracks
- Green areas = water nearby
- Valley bottoms
- Morning dew (cloth + wring)
- AVOID: stagnant water, murky water

IF LOST:
- STOP - Don't panic
